Full Job Description Compensation:

$16/hr + % of tip pool ($16/hr base rate during training. Employees will enter the tip pool at the conclusion of training.) Who We Are Patty Boy is a fast-casual concept with an approachable, family-friendly menu that is simple, delicious, and designed to serve our neighborhood's families and workforce. Ex-Voto is a fast-casual burrito and crunchwrap shop focused on quality ingredients and efficient service. Our Line Cook role requires someone who can learn, contribute and execute systems with efficiency and consistency. Schedule/Hours of Operation Ex Voto :

M-F 11am-8pm Saturday 10am-8pm Sunday 10am-5pm

Pattyboy :

M-S 11am-8pm Sunday 11am-5pm

Full Time:

30-40 hours

Part Time:

25 or less hours Additional hours may be required during high-volume periods, events, or staffing shortages Benefits Telehealth Medical Assistance Anniversary Bonus Staff Meal 50% on merch and off the clock meals Responsibilities Setting up stations to business standards in a timely manner Communicating with management, team leads, and prep team on preparation needs, quantities, pars, etc. Closing down shift - cleaning kitchen to standards, finishing loose end tasks in walk-in, dishes if necessary etc. Operating under business and Health department standards for a clean, safe, and healthy work environment Maintaining a clean and presentable work station at all times Sidework in downtimes including cleaning, organizing, prepping etc. Helping to receive orders and checking for quality Helping train new employees and bringing them up to speed on practices and operations Willingness to help the team where needed on a given day - helping with dish/prep around callouts and absences

Pay:

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
