At Isaac's Bagels, we believe in making the best food we can, learning all the time, and being kind to each other.

Our goals are:

Make thousands of incredible bagels every week Produce outstanding pastries and sweets (and be known for them as much as bagels) Make delicious bagel sandwiches using high quality ingredients Serve great coffee Provide fast, friendly service to customers As a line cook, you will help us achieve the third objective. Responsibilities Line (~90% of your time) Hot line (eggs) Cold line Quickly prepare bagel sandwiches to an exceptional standard Wrap sandwiches Maintain clean and organized stations Prep (10%) Cut herbs, vegetables, fruit Prepare toppings and mise-en-place for service Base sauces General Organize equipment and dry storage Tidy, sanitize, sweep, and mop Package items and pack orders Load/unload the van Location and hours 1003 West Chapel Hill Street. Saturday and Sunday, 6:30am-3:00pm (these hours might change a little, but the days won't). Benefits Your compensation will comprise a base wage plus tips, with a guaranteed minimum hourly wage (if the tips aren't enough).
