Your culinary expertise will help us serve fresh, flavorful lunches that energize and satisfy our guests every day. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of lunch dishes with precision, adhering to established recipes and menu specifications Manage food production processes efficiently to meet high-volume demands while maintaining quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including grills, braising pots, poaching stations, and food prep tools Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring consistency across all meal offerings Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques to prevent contamination and ensure freshness Support dietary department requirements by preparing specialized meals for dietary restrictions or health needs Skills Proven experience as a cook or dietary aide with strong food preparation skills Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal assembly Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen setting Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling for high-volume production environments Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and catering or large-scale meal preparation Background in fine dining or restaurant environments is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and culinary finesse This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about creating delicious meals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
