Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, focusing on grilling, frying, and general food preparation. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Handle food with care, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and quality control throughout the cooking process. Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders while maintaining attention to detail. Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations from prep to plating. Requirements Previous Back of House Restaurant Experience is required Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with meal preparation within a fast-paced kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards and great customer service Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new culinary skills.
