Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our hospital food services team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing meals in a fast-paced healthcare, institutional, or commercial kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items. Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered or special events. Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines. Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow all food safety, infection control, and HACCP guidelines. Assist with stocking and inventory as needed. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Cook experience , preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or institutional setting. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
