Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and menu components with accuracy and efficiency Operate kitchen equipment including fryers and flat top grills safely and effectively Assist with cooking and plating dishes according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized workstation while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Handle and store food properly to ensure freshness, safety, and compliance with food handling procedures Support menu preparation Assist with catering orders and special event food preparation as needed Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner while providing excellent customer service Take and fulfill customer orders efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience Provide prompt, professional food service in a fast-paced environment Requirements Previous experience in a food service environment, including restaurant or fast food settings Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food industry operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food trailer while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude towards serving guests Perform physically demanding tasks and work efficiently in a labor-intensive, high-energy kitchen setting Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail We are a family-owned food trailer business built on strong Christian values, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent service. While we operate in a smaller, mobile setting, our food trailer functions much like a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This is a busy, high-energy role that can be physically demanding. The environment is fast-paced, often hot, and at times can feel overwhelming due to the volume and speed of service. However, it is also a rewarding workplace where strong relationships are built with both staff and customers.
