- Moncure, NC 27559 Apply Overview Category Facilities Apply Description The Autism Society of North Carolina is seeking to hire Camp Food Service Staff These hourly, in-person position will maintain the kitchen, prepare and serve meals and assist in various duties in the dining hall, at our Moncure location . In this role, you will be able to make an impact on individuals with autism by sharing in their summer camp adventures, in our fun-filled, accepting, inclusive camp environment. Your Essential Responsibilities Prepare, serve and clean up afterwards for relevant shifts. Shifts may be breakfast, lunch or dinner service. Complete food safety training, or already be ServSafe Certified (valid) Assist with food planning for food orders and handle deliveries as needed Daily cleaning tasks in kitchen and dining areas Perform daily refrigeration and freezer temperature checks Engage in interactions with campers to give them the best camp experience they can have! Qualifications Relevant experience preferred. Valid ServSafe Certification is a plus, but not required. Experience with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus. Share job details to
