Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest quality of food service and meal preparation within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry. You will be responsible for food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards while delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities Execute food preparation tasks with precision, ensuring high-quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations. Demonstrate excellent knife skills for efficient meal preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and catering for events. Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations during food service. Assist in training new staff members on kitchen procedures and best practices. Experience Proven background in menu planning, cooking, and meal preparation within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards. Experience in high-volume food service settings is highly desirable. Culinary experience that showcases creativity and attention to detail in food presentation. Servsafe certification preferred. Must be willing to become Servsafe certified if not already.
