RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare food items for same day service and some in advance at grill area Assembles food items needed for preparation from refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms. Follows standard recipes and portioning procedures to prepare meats, sides that require preparation and / or cooking items to order Merchandises foods to be serviced in the grill and at specific functions in such a way to make attractive and easily serviced in standardized portions. Holiday Pay Full-Time Employees:
Employees who work on a recognized holiday are paid at 2.5 times their regular rate. Employees who do not work on a recognized holiday receive 8 hours of holiday pay, in accordance with company policy.
Part-Time Employees:
Employees who work on a recognized holiday are paid at 1.5 times their regular rate. Qualifications Minimum of one year experience in food service industry. Must have excellent communicative skills.
