Duties Prepare and cook grilled items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service Follow established recipes and menu guidelines to deliver authentic flavors Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and prep areas in compliance with food safety standards Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Contribute to menu planning discussions by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Fine dining or catering experience is desirable but not mandatory Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude towards serving guests Join us as a Grill Cook/Prep Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
