Job Description
Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly service. Set up, stock, and maintain the food line with fresh, prepared ingredients. Prepare chips and other food items according to Burrito Shak recipes and standards. Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for daily service. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout each shift. Properly label, rotate, stock, and store food items following food safety guidelines. Monitor ingredient levels and communicate restocking needs to management. Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning duties. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Qualifications Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Basic knife skills and general food preparation knowledge. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with managers and fellow team members. Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
