Who We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience required. Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for serving seniors. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents and team members. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Willingness to assist with cleanup and maintain a safe, organized kitchen. What You'll Do Prepare fresh, flavorful meals residents look forward to. Follow recipes, dietary guidelines, and food safety standards. Learn residents' preferences and dietary needs. Work closely with the dining team to ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
