Kitchen Staff Member Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff Member to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality food and service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food preparation and kitchen safety to contribute to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Operate various kitchen equipment efficiently and safely to assist in food preparation and cooking processes Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless workflow Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including cleaning utensils, appliances, and work surfaces Adhere strictly to safety standards in production, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Support the team in daily kitchen operations, including setup, organization, and cleanup tasks Experience Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety protocols Join our team as a Kitchen Staff Member and contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming culinary environment.
