We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Day Cook and a Full-Time Evening Cook to bring their passion and skills to our kitchen. About us Gold Crest Retirement Center, located in Adams, NE is a fully licensed skilled nursing facility and assisted living facility . We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. At Gold Crest our mission is simple- to provide a stable caring and safe living community for our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Team member to join our team. The Dietary team member plays a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and appetizing meals in a timely manner. This position requires a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service.Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences. Assist with meal tray setup and delivery to residents' rooms or dining areas. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the nursing home.Qualifications:
