About Us On the Southern edge of the Nebraska Sandhills and surrounded by corn fields, Wild Horse is golf's version of "The Field of Dreams." The community of less than 4,000 people decided to build a golf course 25 years ago but the idea seemed farfetched. Now its a dream location for thousands of destination enthusiests every single year! Job Overview We are seeking skilled and passionate Culinarians to join our team. As a Culinarian you will be assisting with the food preparation and kitchen operations at our golf course. You will work closely with the Chef to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen runs smoothly. Duties
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
  • Collaborate with the Chef to create the menu and desired dinners.
  • Assist in monitoring Food & Beverage staff to ensure that proper food handling policies are followed
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform the Chef when supplies are needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes
  • Assist with banquet and catering events as needed Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional mindset.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
