CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR FULL-TIME COOK

11am - 7pm Fallbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for a dedicated person who enjoys cooking for others. As one of the most important times of our resident's day, this person must take pride in making high quality food, with high quality taste, and high-quality presentation. Taking time to visit with our residents to really get to know them will be imperative.

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
