Practice Details:
- Join a collaborate team of 4 CRNA's in a flexible and supportive environment
- Enjoy light surgical volumes, with the ability to have days off while still being paid when no surgeries are scheduled
- Varied case mix including orthopedics, general surgery, OB/GYN, and more
- Flexible scheduling can accommodate a 3-weeks on / 1-week off arrangement
- Minimal call schedule of just 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
- Practice within a not-for-profit, financially stable critical access hospital that is consistently recognized among the best in the country
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus call pay totaling approximately $395,000
- $50,000 sign-on bonus highlights a comprehensive benefits package
