- Full-time ```Duties``` As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
- Cook food items by grilling, frying, baking, or roasting as needed
- Ensure that food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Monitor food stock and let others know when there is a shortage
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared timely
- Use of proper food handling and preparation techniques
