Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Part-time Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid kitchen foundation who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is eager to grow and develop new skills. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Set up, stock, and break down assigned station Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools. Communicate effectively with team members during service Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent service and quality food presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Qualifications Culinary school training or 1+ years of professional kitchen experience required ServSafe Certification (preferred or required upon hire) Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Willingness to learn new techniques and take direction Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the kitchen team.
