Summary We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Daniel's Restaurant & Pub. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that meet our standards of excellence. Your contributions will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations. Assist in inventory management and food ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food quality and freshness, making adjustments as necessary. Support the head chef in menu development and special events. Requirements Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
