It has been family-owned and operated for 40 years and is a key fixture in the downtown community. We serve an eclectic menu from our scratch kitchen and offer unique specials on a daily basis We are seeking a competent line cook to join our team. In brief, responsibilities include:
- Prepping and stocking station
- Executing fast-paced dinner service
- Cleaning and maintaining overall cleanliness of station and kitchen Necessary skills include:
- Ability to move and work quickly and in close quarters with others
- Ability to prioritize and plate multiple dishes neatly at once
- Good knife skills
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment including gas range, deep fryer, grill, salamander, slicer, etc..
