Job Description
The Junction Restaurant & Provisions is seeking an experienced and dependable Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality pizzas and menu items. This position is ideal for a cook who values teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail while working in a busy, scratch-kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipe and presentation standards Stretch dough, build pizzas, and monitor quality and consistency Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards Assist with prep work and kitchen duties as needed Properly stock and rotate products Work efficiently during high-volume service periods Follow all health department and company standards Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service Qualifications Previous pizza-making experience preferred Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen is a plus Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure Dependable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and professional work environment About Us The Junction Restaurant & Provisions is an upscale casual restaurant in the heart of Lakeport, NH, focused on elevated comfort food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
