Job Summary We're on the lookout for an energetic and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of preparing delicious, high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices. Support the team during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of meals. Follow all food safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Help with inventory management by reporting shortages or issues with supplies. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent food presentation. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or culinary environments is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling practices, safety regulations, and proper knife skills. Experience with meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively kitchen setting. Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills like menu planning or catering support.
