  • Part-time, Full-time Nichinan, Portsmouth's newest Japanese Restaurant is hiring an experienced line cook.
Located in historic downtown Portsmouth, Nichinan, focuses on Japanese cuisine with the freshest ingredients. We are seeking a line cook to join our team. The right candidate exemplifies a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and hone culinary skills. They must be a team player and group minded with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Sauté experience minimum two years in fine dining setting. Sushi experience is a plus but we are willing to train. There is opportunity for growth in the future! Weekends a must, two to three full days off a week.
