Job Description

We're looking for a dependable Employee Dining Room Cook / Attendant to help support our team by preparing meals, maintaining a clean dining space, and ensuring a positive experience behind the scenes at The Brook. In this role, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by preparing food, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming employee dining environment. What You'll Do Prepare daily food items, including salad bar and hot selections Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) Restock supplies and maintain fresh, quality ingredients Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times What We're Looking For Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred (6+ months) Knowledge of food safety, storage, and kitchen equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Must be 18+ Why Join Us 100% employee-owned — your work supports your team 35% of revenue goes to charity — make a difference every day Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opportunities to grow within a values-driven organization Support the team.
