Pizza Cook/Line Cook

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, particularly in pizza preparation and cooking techniques. This role requires a commitment to food safety and quality, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations. Assist in menu planning, including the selection of ingredients and seasonal offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in catering events when required, providing high-quality food service. Stay updated on culinary trends to enhance menu offerings. Qualifications Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant setting, preferably with pizza preparation. Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience with catering services is a plus. Passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences.
