!!!!! We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency, ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient selection and dish presentation Handle food with care, following proper food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Execute food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients efficiently Maintain organized workstations, ensuring all kitchen tools and ingredients are properly stored and readily accessible Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction during meal service Skills Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong culinary skills with proficiency in food handling, cooking techniques, and meal preparation Excellent knife skills for precise cutting, slicing, and dicing of ingredients Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen setting Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment Experience with menu planning, food industry standards, and catering operations is a plus Exceptional attention to detail in food presentation and portion control Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support serving staff Join us as a vital part of our culinary team where your passion for food meets the opportunity to craft exceptional dining experiences!
