Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Support food service operations by plating dishes attractively and timely for service. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and uphold a positive kitchen environment. Skills Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant cooking, catering, or dietary departments. Strong culinary skills including knife techniques, meal preparation, and cooking methods. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers. Experience with menu planning and food presentation is highly desirable.
