  • Full-time We are hiring experienced line cooks for our busy, high volume restaurant.
Our restaurant is a casual Irish pub where comfort food like burgers, wings, and pizzas are the top selling items. We prefer at least 1 year of experience. Must be able to work the sautee, fry, and grill station efficiently. Must understand kitchen sanitation and be able to prepare recipes as needed as well as showing strong prep skills. Free food is provided every shift and pay is based off experience! Position is full time and includes nights and weekends. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently and safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Support food service operations by plating dishes promptly and accurately for timely delivery to guests Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours Requirements Proven experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, with strong culinary skills including knife techniques and meal preparation Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling, storing, and preparing ingredients Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and serve guests professionally Prior kitchen experience involving food handling, cooking, catering, or food service is highly desirable Spanish speaking is a plus!
