Responsibilities:

Prepare food daily as outlined on the menu, ensuring that each dish is cooked to perfection and meets our high standards Assist with menu planning, reviewing and adjusting menus with your supervisor to ensure variety and quality Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of food to prevent contamination and waste

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a cook in a healthcare or foodservice setting High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods
