Job Description
Kitchen Team Member — iKos iKos is looking for motivated cooks to join our Mediterranean‑driven kitchen. Previous grill and/or sauté experience is required. You'll work in a fast, organized environment focused on precision, freshness, and consistency. Responsibilities Execute grill or sauté station during service with speed and accuracy Prep ingredients, maintain par levels, and follow recipes Keep a clean, organized workstation and follow DOH standards Communicate clearly with the team to ensure smooth service Support other stations as needed Requirements Proven experience on grill and/or sauté Strong knife skills and ability to work in a high‑volume kitchen Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
