Job Description
Join the MENSHO Jersey City kitchen as a Line Cook. Work alongside our team to prepare and plate world-class ramen in a fast-paced open kitchen, for a brand recognized by the
MICHELIN
Guide.COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
- Hourly range: $24
- 26/hour (commensurate with experience) plus tips
- Participation in our house tip pool
- Full-time team members are eligible for our store profit-sharing pool
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Prior kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Japanese dining or ramen experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in an open kitchen environment
- Responsible for food preparation, station setup, plating, and kitchen support
- Strong attention to cleanliness and kitchen organization
- Ability to maintain consistency during high-volume service periods
- Weekend and evening availability required

EMPLOYMENT TERMS
