Job Description

Position Summary:
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Cook C for Dining Services. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Assists in the overall cooking operations of a unit. Assists in guiding and instructing cooks helpers, grill attendant, and Dining Service Worker B in the performance of a variety of food items following standardized procedures and schedules.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High school/vocational school education or equivalent plus one year varied cooking experience in large volume institutional or restaurant setting.
