Friday & Saturday 4pm to 10pm Qualifications & Responsibilities A love of great pizza! A positive attitude & willingness to be a team player 2+ years experience pizza making in a professional pizzeria & a good understanding of all areas of pizza preparation (inc. dough portioning, toppings & pizza cooking) Able to manage making pizza, salads & sandwiches at the pizza station Passion for food & desire to learn Able to stand for extended periods of time & work near heat of Pizza oven Maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness at the Pizza station Reliably commute to the restaurant location & be punctual Flexible availability English & Spanish language ability - dual language capability is desirable but not a requirement We look forward to hearing from you!
