Line Cook:

Execute pre-preparation, setup, cooking, and order service for a diverse range of menu items. Work in various stations including Grill Cook, Sauté Cook, Fry Cook, Pantry Cook, and Short Order Cook. Follow production schedules, recipes, and portion guidelines to prepare meals efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and utensils using a 'clean as you go' approach. Adhere to safe food handling practices, ensuring proper temperature maintenance and HACCP guidelines. Collaborate with fellow team members and communicate effectively with expeditors and service staff. Uphold the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation for all dishes.
