Ensure location maintains health and sanitation standards. Direct staff to achieve day to day objectives. Managing Kitchen & staff, While also cooking daily foods. Cooking abilities for big portions is a MUST Qualifications Ability to receive and put away product orders, Keep organization & Take monthly inventory. Ability to use computer to place food orders, correspond with Staff ,School Administration & Parents. Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety & handling. Ability to follow Cooking instructions, Recipes, serving about 450 students daily. Serving hot food line to students & Staff Ability to stand for long periods of time. Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting (50 pounds). Ability to use general cafeteria equipment (e.g. warmer, slicer, grill, POS system, etc.). Ability to come to work promptly and regularly. Ability to take direction and work well with others. Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately. Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures. Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks assigned. Ability to complete all applicable training programs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
