Job Description
Mila's of Seaside is a trendy breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant located in Seaside Heights. We are in search of experienced, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable prep cooks who will play a crucial role in the preparation of all our menu items. We are looking for someone who has excellent time management skills and has previously worked in a fast paced environment. Must demonstrate attention to detail, maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Morning and weekends are required. If you think you have what it takes and the creativity to add to it, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a prep cook
- Knowledge of food preparation technique
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
