Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings, flavor combinations, and presentation ideas to enhance customer satisfaction. Manage high-volume food production during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail and speed. Follow food handling guidelines meticulously, including proper storage, portioning, and ingredient rotation. Support the dietary department by adhering to dietary restrictions and special requests for guests with specific needs or allergies. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable; experience with dietary aide work or catering is a plus. Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and food preparation are essential. Familiarity with food safety management practices, sanitizing procedures, and operating kitchen equipment is required. Demonstrated ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Experience with menu planning, food industry standards, and high-volume production will set you apart.
