Qualifications 1+ year of cooking or kitchen prep experience in a high-volume kitchen Knowledge of classic American and tavern-style cuisine is a plus A team player with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Reliable transportation Must be 18 years old Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and/or plate food to order according to standardized recipes and restaurant standards Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during peak service hours Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Keep a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift Assist with daily and weekly deep cleaning schedules Communicate with team members and front of house staff to ensure smooth service Assist other stations when needed and support the overall flow of the kitchen Receive and store deliveries, as needed Ensure food quality, portion sizes, and presentation before sending out; notify the chef or manager of any discrepancies or issues Benefits A supportive, team-driven kitchen environment Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you're ready to bring your skills, passion, and positive energy to our kitchen, we'd love to meet you!
