Line Cooks The Club at Las Campanas is seeking experienced line cooks to join our culinary team for the season. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and are committed to quality and consistency. What You ll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes Set up and maintain stations before and during service Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes Assist with inventory, prep, and product rotation Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Support chefs and kitchen leadership as needed What We re Looking For 3-5 years of kitchen experience preferred Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques Ability to work multiple stations on the line Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Food handler certification required (or ability to obtain) Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Why Work Here Professional kitchen environment Collaborative team culture Seasonal opportunity with potential for future employment
