Job Description

China Bistro is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Cook to join our team ! You will be responsible for assisting the Head Cook, managing the fryer/wok station, and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
Responsibilities:
Operate the deep fryer and assist with wok cooking. Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, meat prep, and sauces). Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Chinese cuisine experience is a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high temperatures. Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Card. Reliable transportation to Boulder City. Positive attitude and a strong team player.
