About Us:
Amici is a fast-paced Italian kitchen specializing in pizza, pasta, and classic dishes made with quality ingredients. We're building a strong back-of-house team that takes pride in consistency, speed, and execution.
Position Summary:
We're hiring Line Cooks who thrive in a high-volume kitchen and can execute dishes with consistency and urgency. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station Ensure all food is prepared and plated consistently Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with prep, stocking, and cleaning as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen team and expo
Qualifications:
Previous line cook experience required (pizza experience a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety standards Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
