Sunday:
9:00am•4:00pm/5:00pm Lake Tahoe AleWorX Reno is looking for a reliable and experienced cook to join our kitchen team and help support our growing lunch and brunch service. This position starts with consistent daytime shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the opportunity to take on additional prep and service shifts as the role grows. If you're tired of late nights, unpredictable schedules, and constantly changing hours, this is an opportunity to work a consistent daytime schedule in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items during lunch and brunch service Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Assist with prep and station setup Work efficiently during busy service periods Maintain a clean and organized workstation Support other kitchen team members as needed
Requirements:
Previous restaurant kitchen experience Ability to work independently and stay organized Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday daytime shifts
Preferred:
Pizza or wood-fired oven experience Experience in high-volume kitchens Prep experience Interest in growing into a lead role over time
