Pay:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares and serves food and beverage items. Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product. Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality. Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner. Verifies that all coolers are at the proper temperatures and are cleaned daily. Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans. Practices excellent operational sanitation. Maintains organized and clean work area. Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food beverage products. Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered. Stocks and inventories products. Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility. Supplies support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management. Processes snack bar purchases with point of sales (POS) system when no attendant available. Performs other duties as required.

Other Qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance. Experience using Point of Sales (POS) systems helpful. Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and get Alcohol Awareness card if hired.
