Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times Support menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with catering or large-scale food service is a plus Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in food presentation Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us and bring your culinary passion to life!
