Crowne Plaza Albany - The Desmond Hotel is a well-established organization ranking in the top 5 Crowne Plaza Hotels in the country. We are seeking a candidate to join our kitchen team of successful culinary professionals as Full Time Pantry Prep. The Pantry Prep position is responsible for the cost effective preparation of cold food items using proper food handling procedures and high food safety standards. Must be able to follow recipes and spec sheets to ensure freshness and a high quality of food. Excellent attendance is a must.
Requirements include:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Six (6) months of previous Pantry Prep experience.
- Requires wearing of uniform and ability to fulfill related Hotel personal appearance standards.
- Physical requirements include extended standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling, kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Requires the ability to read and write in the English language.
