Job Description
Overview Breakfast grill cook for busy bagel store with catering Sunday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm Duties Kitchen Prep Grilling high volume of eggs, omletes and other breakfast menu items Prepare different style eggs (scrambled, over easy, fried) correctly Be neat and efficient when assembling sandwiches Prepare and assemble deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and other menu offerings, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area Help with catering orders by preparing large quantities of food as needed. Experience Previous experience in high volume kitchen is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
