Essential Duties:

Taking inventory of product for day-to-day service Creating and executing prep list to ensure adequate pars are kept Follow proper sanitation procedures. Comply with our portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, policies, and procedures in order to put out a consistent product. Prepare and serve food. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Interact with guests by taking orders and credit sales. As such we must insist that the applicant have flexible availability with weekend availability Brewery Policies and Procedures Adhere to accounting procedures for all transactions. Adhere to posted work schedule and follow proper procedures for shift changes. Adhere to uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards. Attend staff meetings when scheduled. Have a general knowledge of all beverages and history of the Brewery. The base pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
