Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Use knife skills efficiently for chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients accurately Support food handling procedures during meal preparation, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and timely meal delivery Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts to promote a hygienic kitchen setting Experience Previous experience on a line is highly valued Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant experience demonstrating culinary competence Familiarity with food industry standards related to food handling, safety, and sanitation practices Strong knife skills and meal preparation abilities are essential for success in this role Knowledge of food service operations within a restaurant or similar environment enhances your candidacy Prior kitchen experience emphasizing food safety protocols and serving standards will help you excel Seasonal, staff housing available for the right candidate.
