Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth service flow and operation. Assist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and stocking. Prepare and execute menu items consistently, following established recipes and standards. Ensure all kitchen operations and hygiene practices meet food safety standards and regulations. Support catering and special events as needed.

Requirements:

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and procedures. Proven experience as a line cook or in a related role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and organization. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
